Technical Requirements:

The deformation of the profile is severe, and the processing of the theoretical Z value leads to the unsmooth connection of the segment difference. A star shaped measuring needle is used to detect the corresponding Z value, and the theoretical Z value is set as a variable. In this way, the actual Z value detected during processing is used to solve the problem.

Technical difficulties:

Due to the significant vibration of the profile machine and the addition of a 150 millimeter long extension rod, it is easy to trigger a shutdown alarm by mistake when moving. It is also easy to mistake sampling points, resulting in collisions or workpiece scrap. The machine tool has a travel distance of 3 meters and is obstructed by four axes, making it difficult to receive infrared signals normally. This case has high mechanical and electrical requirements for the probe.
